    I sent a shipment of ink jet cartridges to you several weeks ago. How do I find out if any of them were accepted and if I have a check coming to me?

      We received and inspected your cartridges 12/1/11. Feel free to visit the website and login to your online account. There you will be able to see what you earned. If you have any more questions feel free to contact customer service at info@ecyclegroup.com or 1-866-377-7575.
